Tune In With Tiff is operated by Tiffany Hunter in Hamilton–Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I protect it. It applies to tuneinwithtiff.com and the services offered through it.
What I collect
When you browse the site. I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked, and general device and location information (city level, not your exact location). Google Analytics uses cookies. It does not tell me who you are.
When you join an email list. When you sign up for the Manifest Mosaic, the Sound Experience & Rate Guide, the Wedding Day Blueprint or the Witch Camp early access list, I collect your name and email address. For Witch Camp, I also collect your general area, your child's age range, the number of children who may attend, and any optional answers you share. I never ask for a child's name.
When you book or inquire. When you book through Calendly or email me, I collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, event date, location and group size. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.
Before a session. Participants complete a participation form and waiver. This may include health information you choose to share, such as a pacemaker or other implanted device, pregnancy, or sound sensitivity, so I can keep you safe and comfortable. This information is used only for your session.
Photos and video. I sometimes capture photos and short videos at sessions and events. You choose your comfort level on the participation form: full media, faceless media, or no promotional media.
How I use your information
- To deliver the guides, updates and emails you signed up for
- To respond to inquiries, book sessions and plan events
- To keep sessions safe and accommodate your needs
- To understand what's working on the site and improve it
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who helps me
I use trusted services to run my business. They handle your information only to provide their service:
- Kit (ConvertKit): email lists and newsletters
- Calendly: scheduling and booking
- Stripe and PayPal: payments
- Google Analytics: website analytics
- Vercel: website hosting
Some of these services store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
Email and consent
Every email list uses a confirmation step (double opt-in), so you're only added once you confirm. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site will still work.
Children
This website is intended for adults. Witch Camp: Mommy & Me registrations are completed by a parent or caregiver, and I collect only general information about children (age range and number attending), never their names, through the early access list.
How long I keep information
I keep personal information only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for tax and legal records. Session health information is not added to email lists.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email me and I'll respond within 30 days.
